In a joint-venture with Lincoln Property Company, Woodbine acquired a 3.7 acre site to develop a mixed use structure in Culver City adjacent to the Playa Vista/Silicon Beach master planned community. Woodbine co-developed the $225-million office project , located at 6163 Centinela Avenue, with Lincoln Property Company in association with Broad Street Principal Investments. The 11-story, 150-foot-tall structure features 280,000 square feet of office space atop ground-floor commercial uses and a 1,000-car garage and was completed in 2021.

Woodbine was engaged by the Edward’s Family of Fort Worth to support their efforts in master planning and developing select components of the Clearfork Ranch. In addition to our planning work on the Shops and Clearfork and the development the Lake Flato designed commercial structures near the Trailhead, Woodbine was responsible for overseeing the development of two office towers totaling 360,000 square feet. Phase I was completed in 2016 and Phase II was completed in 2018 – the riverfront office buildings each feature six-stories of premium Class-A office with direct access to the Shops at Clearfork and close proximity to Downtown Fort Worth.
In partnership with First United Bank, Woodbine acquired Advancial Tower in Uptown Dallas in 2019. Located at 1845 Woodall Rogers Freeway with direct access to the Klyde Warren Park extension, Advancial Tower is a 17-story, 147,000-plus square-foot, Class-A office building in the heart of Uptown Dallas with sweeping views in every direction. Following a multi million-dollar renovation, the office tower now has a hospitality centric lobby that provides convenient access to Uptown’s walkable amenities, including The Union mixed-use development, the American Airlines Arena, and many nearby restaurants. The tower also benefits from the Klyde Warren Park expansion, which has re-shaped the connection between Uptown and Downtown Dallas.
