In a joint-venture with Lincoln Property Company, Woodbine acquired a 3.7 acre site to develop a mixed use structure in Culver City adjacent to the Playa Vista/Silicon Beach master planned community. Woodbine co-developed the $225-million office project , located at 6163 Centinela Avenue, with Lincoln Property Company in association with Broad Street Principal Investments. The 11-story, 150-foot-tall structure features 280,000 square feet of office space atop ground-floor commercial uses and a 1,000-car garage and was completed in 2021.
